Odds Review: Week Ending 20/03

The last week began with the heads of delegation meeting and host country draw which was a point of speculation given Italy’s position as second in the odds. The draw of 9th means the worst were dodged but still falls on the early side and possibly before all the other ‘contenders’ should the typical rear loading of the first half occur. A small tick up is realistic. Leaders Ukraine have also seen a drift with Sweden closing the gap on both. Those three powerhouses of the contest are still followed by The UK in fourth spot.

Armenia’s entry was officially revealed and fittingly for their more middle of the road attempt slots straight into the middle of the odds at 20th. Azerbaijan are the only holdouts but are expected tomorrow at some point.
